These Terms of Service govern the use of all services, products and digital solutions provided by CalvinArinze (the “Company”). Any differing client terms shall apply only when expressly confirmed in writing.

(2) The Company reserves the right to reject inquiries without stating reasons.
3. Services of the Company
(1) The Company provides management, promotion, consulting, operational support and related services within the creator economy, particularly for OnlyFans and similar platforms.
(2) Services may be updated or adjusted if reasonable.
(3) The Company cannot guarantee specific results, platform performance, income levels or permanent service availability.
4. Client Obligations
(1) Clients must provide accurate information.
(2) Clients must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g. OnlyFans).
(3) Content entrusted to the Company must not violate rights of third parties.
(4) Access credentials must be kept secure and may only be shared with the Company where necessary.
5. Payments and Fees
(1) Fees are based on published or individually agreed pricing.
(2) Payments are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
(3) Revenue-share models follow the agreed percentage structure.
(4) If payments are late, services may be paused or terminated.
6. Cancellation and Termination
(1) Contracts without fixed term may be terminated with 14 days’ notice.
(2) Fixed-term contracts end automatically unless renewed.
(3) Immediate termination for cause remains unaffected.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only where legally required or explicitly agreed. Partially delivered services may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
8. Liability
(1) The Company is liable only for intent or gross negligence.
(2) For minor negligence, liability covers essential obligations and foreseeable damages only.
(3) No liability is assumed for platform restrictions, bans, content removal or losses caused by third-party platforms.
(4) Liability for lost profits, indirect damages or data loss is excluded unless mandatory by law.
9. Performance Expectations
Success indicators (followers, revenue, engagement) cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside the Company’s control.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed under GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Details are provided in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to strict confidentiality regarding business operations, financial data, strategies and any sensitive personal information.
12. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms when reasonable. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) These Terms are governed by German law.
(2) Jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Cologne, Germany.
(3) Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays effective.
